			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Trying to realize our ambitions, even if we don&#8217;t always meet them, is preferable to not stepping forward or not having the courage or motivation to take the risk. So not making any resolutions because we fear that we&#8217;ll break them is having a defeatist attitude, as we allow procrastination to become an insidious habit which stops us from leading more fulfilling lives.</p>
<p>This part of your mindset is highly critical in finding success in your life, so if you find yourself being negative on these parts, you should start resolving this.</p>
<p>The following offers 10 ways to kick start yourself to achievement:</p>
<p>1. Personal values development.</p>
<p>Take the time to find out what you really want in life, what your personal values are. Do you want more time, more money, better health, greater self esteem and confidence, more fulfilling relationships, a different career, set up a business? When we procrastinate it&#8217;s often because what we are planning to do is not really aligned with what we truly want. We may be scared of our skills (or perceived lack of) or fear ridicule from others.</p>
<p>2. Make health and high energy levels a priority.</p>
<p>Without good health we are less likely to have the energy and dynamism needed to make positive changes in our lives and it&#8217;s easier (and necessary if you&#8217;re very ill) to procrastinate. So ensure that you have a nourishing diet, sleep well, exercise and meditate. Incidentally, it is thought that regular meditation helps delay the worst effects of the ageing process.</p>
<p>3. Visualize your life.</p>
<p>Make a vision on how your life would be if you didn&#8217;t procrastinate. What could you do and achieve? Begin to act as if you&#8217;re not a procrastinator. Write down, draw, imagine your life as a film. Use affirmations to help you.</p>
<p>4. Banish the Gremlin.</p>
<p>All of us tend to think negatively unconsciously. That little voice which runs on auto in your head that dismisses or negates any positive idea that you might have. It says things like &#8220;I&#8217;m not in the mood&#8221; &#8220;I don&#8217;t have time&#8221; &#8220;I can&#8217;t do this&#8221;. Stop running on auto, replace the &#8220;should&#8217;s&#8221; &#8220;oughts&#8221; &#8220;have tos&#8221; with &#8220;want to&#8221; &#8220;desire&#8221;. You have a choice. Acknowledge your choices and banish the Gremlin. Again, using affirmations can help you replace the Gremlin with more positive alternatives.</p>
<p>5. Over commitment.</p>
<p>Saying &#8220;yes&#8221; to everything - often leaves you feeling tired and without the energy to focus on what is most important to you. This leads to procrastination as projects and tasks are dropped. Identify what is most important to you and only focus on those areas which will make the biggest difference to your life. It will enhance your focus and motivation.</p>
<p>6. Set personal and professional goals.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s hard to motivate yourself when you don&#8217;t have a good idea of what you want to accomplish. So when setting goals think about what you want to achieve in the short term and long term. Techniques for doing so include the SMART strategy. S = specific M = measurable A= Action R = Realistic T = Time based. You can use goal setting software to help you in goal planning and setting, or you can simply write them. The point is you get clear with what you want, and with this clarity comes the direction you need to go forward.</p>
<p>7. Prioritize Your Goals.</p>
<p>Develop a plan or schedule to help you reach your goals. In doing so you will begin to identify whether some elements need to be included or enhanced or dropped completely. Also remember to be flexible, revisit your goals regularly and modify or drop if appropriate. Just because a goal is written down doesn&#8217;t mean that it is set in stone!</p>
<p>8. Divide and conquer.</p>
<p>Once you&#8217;ve prioritized your goals, divide them into smaller chunks. Sometimes we procrastinate because a project seems really large that the scale of it overwhelms us and puts us into a temporary form of paralysis - you don&#8217;t know where to start, so you don&#8217;t start at all! Approach each project - especially large ones - on a step by step basis. Create milestones that you can achieve bit by bit, and then<br />
write a timeline to achieve them.</p>
<p>9. Reward yourself.</p>
<p>Once you start to complete tasks, reward yourself by giving yourself something that you want. So instead of seeing a film before you complete a task, see it afterwards and make it a reward for you.</p>
<p>10. Just get started.</p>
<p>No excuses. Don&#8217;t wait until you&#8217;re &#8220;in the mood&#8221;. The mood never comes! It is a clever camouflage and a delaying tactic. What you resist persists! Start with what is easiest, so that you experience immediate success, which will give you the fuel and motivation to upgrade and take on larger projects.</p>
<p>Be disciplined with your timeline, and try to follow it at all costs. It is often hard to follow your own timeline especially if it&#8217;s a personal goal with yourself as the main motivator, so do some procedures to aid you in making the commitment. Make your goals visible as well as your current milestones. Put them somewhere where you would see them in places you get easily distracted to.</p>
<p>Do any of the above and you&#8217;ll be well on your way to achieving your goals. Your life is your full responsibility, so claim that responsibility by taking actions. Your life is only as good and satisfying as you make it, so start going into the right direction now.</p>

<p>(1) The internet is a new medium. A website is a waste if it simply re-hashes something which could easily be put into print. Don&#8217;t have the site be just an online brochure. Put up features which take advantage of the internet as a medium of communication. You could provide much more information and content in a website because there&#8217;s no limits in space unlike in print. Provide search capability. Provide interactivity with features like forums, quizzes and tools. Web visitors like to interact.</p>
<p>(2) Treat the customer&#8217;s time as valuable. People browsing the web has very short attention spans, and would only stay for a few seconds if your site does not grab their attention. Its like walking into a restaurant. If you walk in and just stand there and nobody comes to greet you, you might wonder what is happening. But, if the hostess comes and greets you right away and walks you to a table, then you will be there for awhile and eat. The same analogy goes for websites. A slow website will cause your users to leave quickly. Also, pay attention to graphic and design size. Many web designers operate on fairly large screen resolutions and sometimes forget that even though a graphic looks great to you, it will appear enormous to somebody on a smaller resolution. On the flip side, don&#8217;t go too light on graphics. A site which is poorly designed and using the default font and no color is not very aesthetically pleasing. Your website affects your branding, and it would not represent you very well if it is poorly designed. A well-designed site communicates professionalism. <p>(7) Promote. When a visitor communicates to you via email, it is best to use a web form. not only will this keep your email address from being picked up by spammers, it will also allow you to ask your customers for their email address and then store that address for later use. Employ the &#8220;push/pull&#8221; marketing strategy. A visitor coming to your website is the pull, but later you want to push content back to them in the form of a newsletter or other promotional material. Start a mailing list and use it. Invite visitors to sign up. Promotion makes or breaks a business, and as long as you respect the ethical considerations of your mailing list, you should use it.</p>

<p>(9) Have a plan to attract repeat traffic. Use newsletters, out-going email, contests, forums, clubs, auctions - anything that will cause people to return to your website. When posting links to other websites, don&#8217;t just send your visitors somewhere else. They may never return. Provide them an exit page. Give them a pop-up when they try to leave your site. Or at the very least make external links open in a new window.</p>
<p>(10) Track Your Visitors. Pay attention to your site&#8217;s statistics and react accordingly. What are people reading? How are they finding you? Do they just come and leave right from your homepage? How long as they are on your website? Do they return? This data is immensely valuable in fine-tuning your website based on customer needs and wants. Be in tune with your visitors, and make changes if necessary. Monitoring traffic can give you a lot of insights on what can be done and how to increase it further.</p>

But there are also a lot of natural ways that can help our skin become fresher without spending a lot! Here are 10 things you can do:</p>
<p>1. Keeping your skin clean is a given. You must cleanse your face morning and night with a gentle, natural cleanser that not only rids the skin of dirt and grime but then treats it with an antibacterial ingredient like <a href="http://my-organic-tea.blogspot.com/">tea </a>tree oil.</p>
<p>2. Apply some toner after cleansing the skin. This would close your pores and remove remaining impurities. Let this toner dry on the face.</p>
<p>3. When the toner has dried apply a very small amount of moisturizer over the entire face and neck. Look for a moisturizer that is made for your skin type and contains antibacterial ingredients like tea tree oil and lavender essential oil. These ingredients are gentle but very effective at clearing the skin from blemishes and pimples.</p>
<p>4.Get enough sleep as that will reflect on your ski. Not enough sleep over a period of time will result in problems that are hard to cure such as loose skin under the eyes and dark circles. Seven hours is generally adequate.</p>
<p>5. Be mindful of what you eat. Make sure you are getting a good amount of fresh fruits and vegetables and limit your red meat intake to three or four times a week. Foods that are easily digested will help your system keep your skin nourished and promote fresh, new cell growth. Drink lots and lots of water too to keep your skin hydrated.</p>
<p>6. Cleanse the skin on your body and face with a weekly scrub. When using a body scrub start at your feet and work towards the heart, this helps eliminate toxins. Doing it the opposite direction will push the toxins back into your system. Use a very gentle facial scrub on your face and neck as these areas can be easily damaged.</p>
<p>7. Try an Aspirin face mask! This mask is having fantastic results on those people with open pores, pimples and acne. Crush about 15 aspirin tablets to a powder mix to a paste with a little water, less than 1 teaspoon and then apply to a cleansed face. Leave for twenty minutes to work its way into the skin and then rinse off and apply a light moisturizer. Try this weekly, after a face scrub.</p>
<p>8. Once a month you could use a home steam treatment to thoroughly draw out impurities from the face. Add boiled water to a basin or bowl and add two drops of tea tree oil. Place your face over this with a towel covering and gently let the steam open and cleanse the pores. Be careful not to let the steam burn your face, feel the steam first with your hand before placing your face above it. Finish with a tepid face wash.</p>
<p>9. Exercise! Get out into the fresh air and take a walk, swim in the sea, ride a bike and have fun! The exercise will boost your system and your skin will love it.</p>
<p>10. Take a fish oil supplement daily. Cultures that eat a lot of fish have clearer skin and the fish oil helps eliminate toxins from the body and by now you know that is fantastic for your skin!</p>

<p>1. Eating out? Restaurant portions tend to be enormous, and if it&#8217;s on the plate, we tend to eat it. If there&#8217;s a kid’s menu, order from it to get lesser proportions.</p>
<p>2. Keep healthy snacks around yourself where you can easily grab them. Some fruit slices on the kitchen table, a container of celery or carrot sticks in the refrigerator, or a couple of pop-open cans of fruit salad in your desk at work will help you grab for something healthy when those first hunger pains begin. In other words, you&#8217;ll be more likely to grab something low-calorie and good for you if it&#8217;s easy to eat, helping you with your weight loss.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Ask any new parent, and they will tell you that the costs associated with a new baby are many, everything from bottles to diapers to cribs, strollers, and high chairs, and all of this before the child even learns to walk and talk and beg you for a pair of $500 designer jeans.  Parenting is one of the most rewarding, and important jobs that a person can have, in addition to being one of the most expensive. <strong>The good news is that there are two tax breaks offered by the federal government</strong> that the majority of parents can qualify for, which are the<span style="color: #0000ff;"> <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><em>dependent exemption</em></span></span> and the <span style="color: #0000ff;"><em><span style="text-decoration: underline;">child tax credit</span></em></span>.</p>
<p>The <strong><span style="color: #0000ff;">dependent exemption</span></strong> is a tax break that allows you to receive an additional tax deduction of as much as $3,000 each year until your child turns 19. This is addition to the standard tax exemption that the IRS allows per person to cover basic living expenses. Single people are allowed one exemption, while married couples have the option of taking two of these exemptions per year.</p>
<p>The amount that you will save with this exemption depends on your current tax bracket, and generally, the higher the tax bracket, the more money you will receive, unless your income is too high to claim an exemption, but again, most people will qualify.  This dependent exemption is only phased out for married couples filing jointly with an adjusted gross income of more than $300,000. Limits for single parents exist as well, and it is important to research these limits, both for married and single parents, to be sure that your income does not exceed them. If you qualify for this exemption, you can simply fill out the required lines on your tax form, including an adoption taxpayer identification or social security number for each child.</p>
<p>The<strong> <span style="color: #0000ff;">child tax credit</span></strong> is available for married couples filing jointly with a reported gross income of below $13,000, although again, it should be noted that income limits for both single and married parents are revised frequently. With this credit, it is possible to receive up to $1,000 per child.</p>
<p>Determining the amount of credit that an individual can claim requires the completion of the <a title="child tax credit worksheet" href="http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/p972.pdf" target="_blank">child tax credit worksheet</a>.  You will need to provide a social security or adoption taxpayer identification number for each child in order to qualify.  As with all tax information you should always check with a professional because tax laws can change every year.</p>
